things i love

there are many things & many people I am endlessly inspired by & eternally grateful for.  Here are some that I couldn’t and can’t live without:

On Health & Wellness:

Kris Carr – the green juice goddess, my juicer & vitamix, Sarah Jenks & Amber Krzys for their reminder of loving the body I am in – belly and all, the running loop in prospect park, Tara Brach and her teachings on mindfulness, Yogaglo – for giving me little excuse to get on my mat if I physically can’t make a class, and the teachers that lead incredibly rich and generous classes: Elena Brower, Kathryn Budig, and Tiffany Cruikshank amongst others, Mary Beth LaRue who inspires and highlights the joyful balance of life (wine included), and IIN – the school I attended to become a health coach and immerse myself in health and wellness

On Spirituality & Growth:

SARK (Susan Ariel Rainbow Kennedy) a bundle of insight and joy, Nisha Moodley and everything she has to say about living a life of freedom, Sally Kempton and her meditations, Kate Northrup and her wise money and value talks that I can connect to, the pile of Moleskins that I journal in and pour my world in, Virayoga & all the teachers there, and Danielle LaPorte – creator of the Desire Map – a brilliant guide at getting to and identifying what it is you really truly want.

On Beauty:

Simplicity is key, I like things that are good for me and good for the world, jewels that sparkle and shine, Tarte make up line, Aveda shampoo, Hamsa necklace by The Neshama Project, lots of water, Dr. Bromers lavender bar soap, my husband for making me feel like the most beautiful woman on the planet, and Pangea – a line of skin care that I trust to feed my skin naturally, free from added chemicals or toxins that are harmful to my body or the environment.
