Leah Fox

I love to move, I love to eat, and I love to teach.

As a health coach I work with women to feel spectacular in their body.  By focusing on empowering choices around food, thoughts, and self care in order to design a freeing and completely accepting experience of their body.  My clients discover how to feel comfortable in their skin and as the unique individual they are.

As a yoga and movement teacher I teach people of all ages to develop a connection with the body they were given and access it as a way to express and create what they want in their life.

 

How I Got Here:

I spent 20 + years loving all the wrong kinds of food – foods that made me feel heavy, tired, and plain old fat.  After getting tired of saving my fat jeans for when I popped out of my skinny jeans, I began to work with a health coach.  My entire perspective on food shifted, I swapped my 4:00 cappuccino & biscotti for a green juice or smoothie.  I began to figure out the right foods to love that loved me back, which led to more energy and clarity in my life.  I now view my food as a source of energy, choosing what would be best for an active body, and feel depleted less & less.

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and am now an AADP certified holistic health coach.
